Abortion
Abortion is the termination of pregnancy by removal or expulsion of an embryo or fetus. An abortion that occurs without intervention is known as a miscarriage or "spontaneous abortion" and occurs in approximately 30% to 40% of pregnancies.
It is known that abortion is illegal in Lesotho, however statistics show that the rate of abortion is on the rise. These backdoor abortions put people's lives at risk as most of them results in death or ruined uteruses.
Therefore it is advisable to legalize abortion for the safety and wellbeing of women. What are your views on this matter?
I self think it will be a good act to legalize abortion since teenagers die with a high rate recently because of unsafe termination.
ReplyDeleteLooking at the generation we have now, the only way to have save abortion is if it is legalized because there are some who will continue to do it regardless of the safety

ReplyDeleteAbortion should be legalized because most pregnancies are not planned so they should have a choice to terminate if they are not ready to be parents.

Banning abortions doesn’t stop them,, it rather makes them UNSAFE .. so why not legalize it ??
ReplyDeleteAbortion has to be legalized!! if we had to completely disregard the nature of our society and religion, the country does not have a leg to stand on. We have a high rate of unemployment and most people live below the poverty line. We do not have child support grants or unemployment grants. So forcing someone to keep a child or risk their life trying to abort is a punishment for them and the child. Our country should stop cruelty toward women.
