Women's rights being suppressed

 Please tell me why an 18-year-old girl can be denied an abortion, while an 18-year-old boy, armed with an automatic weapon and dressed in tactical gear, can walk into a supermarket and kill 10 people, wounding 3.

Do you believe abortion being illegal is just another way to suppress women's rights?
